Starting Tuesday January 21st our Service Provider Billing Hotline will have newly designated hours for our Service Providers in the East Region.

The new vendor lines for the East Region Service Providers will be from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am eastern time.

West Region Service Providers will continue to have their hotline hours be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm eastern time.

Benefits of our NEW hotline hours include:

• Increased productivity and accountability
• A dedicated team just for our Service Providers in our East Region and the West Region
• No more purchase order review limit
